Video- Rear Foot Elevated (on a band) Split Squat

Blatantly stolen from my man Jason Spray but had to do it. 
I love this idea on two levels 
1- load reduction. Always looking for maximum benefit / minimum load ( minimal effective dose). The back foot is now just a stabilizer. Pushing down just stretches the band. 
2- this is a great setup if you don't have the Perform Better stand?
